Personal experiences with the name Liam: | Edit

I had my son and still didn't know what I wanted to named him. I wanted something unique but not strange like apple or table. It was about 2 or 3 am almost time for his feeding in hospital. I turned on tv & started to flip thought channels. I came across and old tv show called Earth Final Conflict. There was a baby that was being born and no one knew what to call him. Until someone called him Liam! and the light bulb turned on! My bf was angry when he found out what i wanted to call our baby. But now years , Liam LOVES to hear how mommy came up with his name!

My little brother was named Liam Kendell (Yes that is how we spell Kendall, it's a family name) after Liam Neeson. At the time no one had heard of the name (One Direction didn't exist yet.) My grandmother thought we said Lian and her mother interpreted it as Ian. Now it is one of the most popular baby names in the country, and when he grows up he'll mostly likely have many coworkers with same name. This was definitely not planned, when he was born it was such a unique name. But regardless of its popularity, it is definitely cute.

I don't think the popularity of this name should sway anyone who really loves it, I love it a lot there is just another name I love more, it's short and too the point but I also love how it is a PRETTY sounding boys name which I find kind of rare. It flows off the tounge but still holds some kind of masculinity

I know a lot of Liams from school. I never liked it, but it was made worse when I met one who treated me like crap and liked to annoy me. The others are just random popular boys.

It's going to be like Jason. In school there were a lot of nice Jasons, and a lot of mean Jasons.
