Personal experiences with the name Willis

Me and my friends went on a school trip to Hong Kong and Willis became the name of an omnipresent, malevolent being. It was hilarious! Willis became an inside joke and even has a sign: a W with a smiley face underneath, texted or typed like so: 3:) Willis is a name I would never give a kid because of this experience; it just wouldn't fit with a baby. :D Willis "possession" explained peculiar behavior and we looked for the name Willis everywhere! It was hilarious.

One of my friends is named Willis and I think it suits him really well. He goes by Will and for ages he wouldn’t tell anyone what Will was short for and all we knew was it wasn’t William. Sometimes we still call him William to get on his nerves though.

My name is Willis and I like it well enough. Other than my dad who calls me Willis I go by Will exclusively. I think both suit me, though.
