My daughter is Adah. I was drawn to the name from the first time I actually noticed it in the Bible, and when my first girl was born several years later, it just seemed to fit her. We pronounce it like Ada, but have heard some fun mispronunciations over the years, including AH-duh, uh-DAH, and Ida. That's what we get for choosing a name that hasn't been in the top thousand since 1917! (Our other two children have consistently top-25 names.)
