My husband and I met in November, and I couldn't have asked for a better man/person in my life. Three years later we got pregnant and I found out thanksgiving night, two days later we found out it was an ectopic pregnancy and I lost the baby and my tube. So November is a joyus, and sad month for us. The month means alot to us so naturally November is the name we agreed on for our first daughter. She will be November Blair.. I couldn't think of a better name.

Personal experiences with the name November

I am considering this name as a middle name for a daughter to honor her paternal and maternal grandmothers' (and maternal step-grandmother's) birthmonth.

Our eldest daughter is called November, she is almost 10 and I haven't met or heard of anyone personally with the same name. We love it as a name and think it suits her beautifully. She would often get called vemi when she was little which was quiet sweet for a little girl. Her friends will call her Nov or Vem mostly. Many times people have questioned me why would I call her such a strange name but I see it as no different to January, April, May, June, August etc which are very common although I do also get many comments on how pretty it is too. We love the fact it has very a special meaning to us and of course it is most defiantly our favourite month.
