- Personal experiences with the name Sage
My last name is Sagert and I was and still am referred to as Sage. When I found out I was pregnant I considered using Sage for a boy or girl since I'm the only child of my parents and the Sagert last name ends with me. Now I just have to sell my fiancé on it, but I think it'll be a nice tribute to my father and his family.
My chosen name is Sage and I’m so happy to have Sage as my legal name now instead of my deadname! I chose Sage as my name years ago while I was in college because I wanted a unisex name to reflect my neutral gender that has great meaning(s) and that I love (I didn’t like my deadname very much).
My middle name is Sage and I use it for my name on all my social medias. :).
